Schedule Hair Follicle Analysis Appointment

*A deposit of $80 is required to schedule an appointment. The remainder is due at time of appointment.*

Appointments are available in person at our Scottsdale showroom or via Zoom for those outside of Arizona or not in our local service area. Zoom appointments require the purchase of a kit (click here to purchase) that will be mailed to you, including simple instructions on how to collect the hair follicles.

• Duration: Appointments typically last 60 to 90 minutes and include:
  • Collection of your hair follicles (in-person only)
  • Analysis of your sample
  • A detailed line-by-line review of your analysis report (a copy will be provided to you).
• Zoom Appointments: Zoom sessions are slightly shorter since the analysis is performed in advance. A digital copy of your report will be emailed prior to the Zoom session so we can review it together.
• Discounts are offered when you book appointments for more than 1 family member. Appointments must be purchased together to qualify for discount but can be on separate days and/or times. Discount will be applied upon final payment at the time of your appointment.
  • A 10% discount when booking 2 family members
  • A 20% discount when booking 3 or more family members

Booking & Rescheduling Policy

• An $80 deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at time of your appointment.
• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. If you do not reschedule with proper notice, or if you fail to attend your appointment (in person or via Zoom) your deposit will be forfeited.
