Purchase Hair Follicle Analysis Mail-in Kit

We offer mail-in Hair Follicle Analysis kits for those outside of Arizona, not in our local service area, or those who don't wish to visit in-person.

After purchasing the kit and choosing your preferred date for review of the analysis, a collection kit will be mailed with simple instructions on how to collect your hair follicles. *A second person is needed for collection of the hair follicles. A return envelope will be included for you to mail the hair follicles.

Once your follicles are received and the analysis performed, a link will be emailed for the online Zoom review of the analysis on the date and time you select now when purchasing the kit. A copy of the analysis report will be emailed prior to your appointment so that we can review together. Sessions typically last 45 to 60 minutes.
