Cancellation policy

When you purchase a special order or semi-custom, or custom item, you are buying an product not in our inventory. We may collect partial or full payment at the time the order is placed, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. 

There may be a cancellation fee to cancel certain products or items. Cancellation is not allowed for orders when any of the following apply: design approved and materials ordered, fabrication initiated, or shipping from the manufacturer to us or you has been processed or initiated. If a credit card transaction use fee was charged to you at time of purchase this fee is non-refundable.
