Cancellation policy

When you purchase a custom item, you are buying an non-stock or soon-to-be-available product not in inventory. We may collect partial or full payment at the time the order is placed, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. 

There may be a cancellation fee to cancel certain products/items. Cancellation is not allowed for orders when any of the following apply: design approved and materials ordered, fabrication initiated, or shipping has been processed or initiated.
